Payment Policy
- Acceptable forms of payment include cash, money order, company or personal check, Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover
- A 50% deposit is required to begin the order. The balance (which will include shipping charges and is subject to a 10% over/under production ratio) will be due upon completion of order, before shipping (no C.O.D.s). In order to speed up delivery, it is recommended that you provide AMG with a credit card number for the final balance.
- No deposit will be required on reorders, however balance will be due in full prior to shipment.
- Credit may be extended only in certain circumstances.
- One representative for the company will act as the guarantor and will promise AMG the faithful payment, when due, of all accounts of said applicant for the purchases made. Absent written permission by AMG, this personal guarantee may not be revoked. All accounts over 60 days past due will be turned over to a collection agency without exception.
Shipping / Delivery Policy
Shipping charges are not included in pricing. AMG typically ships finished orders using United Parcel Service. Typically, shipping will be arranged when the order is complete. Shipping can also be billed directly to a customer's FedEX or UPS account.Freight charges are for the continental US only. Please call for a quote for all other destinations.
Estimated freight prices are for orders of 1000 and 2000 units are as follows:CDs in jewel cases:
- UPS ground shipping $0.13 per unit
- 2 day guarantee shipping $0.75 per unit
- Standard overnight delivery $1.15 per unit
Bulk CDs
- UPS ground shipping $0.06 per unit
- 2 day guarantee shipping $0.20 per unit
- Standard overnight delivery $0.35
CDs in tyvex/cardboard sleeves:
- UPS ground shipping $0.09 per unit
- 2 day guarantee shipping $0.40 per unit
- Standard overnight delivery $0.75 per unit
Freight charges will be individually quoted for larger orders.
Royalty/publishing rights
Included in the order form is an anti-piracy form stating that you are authorized to reproduce the product. If you have used any tracks which are the property of another artist, you should contact the owner (or go to the Harry Fox Agency's website for help -- http://www.nmpa.org/). You should be sure to research the payment of any necessary mechanical royalties prior to ordering. AMG will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements and failure to provide the anti-piracy form will delay your order.
